Because of the custom nature of the products sold, we cannot return merchandise, nor refund payments.

All items ordered from Rocky Mountain Ivory are custom made upon receipt of customer's Ivory. 

Average turnaround time is 3-6 weeks.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to production. 

All items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer's defects. Rocky Mountain Ivory will repair or replace at our discretion.

All images shown are a representation of the final product. (each Ivory is unique and will require slight design alteration)

Please ensure all custom requests are clearly defined prior to production. Although we take care to ensure clear communication, Rocky Mountain Ivory is not responsible for poorly communicated requests. In the event of necessary alteration(s)/re-make, customer is responsible for additional labor costs.
